Datye Business Group is born from a legacy of trust spanning almost 5 decades. A tiny seed sown by its founder Jayant Date as a real estate business in 1983, is now a sprawling Banyan Tree rooted deeply in trust, commitment and the pursuit of business excellence. One of the most important life lessons that Jayant Date taught his company and which became the cornerstone of the company’s business ideology was “Build a home as if you are the one who will live there”.

Beginning as a real estate company in 1983 it has delivered more than 25 residential as well as commercial projects and presently has several more under construction, across Pune. The Group has now branched out into

agro tourism, hospitality, IT/ITES, international trade, as well, with plans to explore newer horizons in the near future.

business models that will coexist peacefully with the environment. It is making every effort towards sustainability, eco-friendly best practices and implementing active steps to ensure it takes less from nature and gives back more.

The ambitious plans under the company’s ‘Rebirth For Earth’ initiative include:

Social bonding with farmers. Under this programme farmers can bring their produce right to the doorstep of residents, ensuring freshness forcresidents and a fair price for farmers
Garbage composting in the society will supply farmers with organic eco friendly manure to grow pesticide free produce.
A plant library will supply plants to the society and rotate them regularly.
A polyhouse to facilitate urban farming for growing exotic fruits and vegetables such as broccoli etc.
Native Indian plants and trees will be planted, (e.g. dedicated tree representing specific nakshatras) which in turn will attract local bird varieties.

OUR REDEVELOPMENT DIVISION

Besides being an established player in new projects, Datye Business Group also offers a complete turnkey solution for redevelopment of existing residential societies. Just as in our new projects, we practice the

same ideology of “Build a home like as if you're going to live in it” even in the redevelopment projects.

We believe in 100% transparency in our dealings and invite members to the site to see and check for themselves the standards and procedures followed on site.
The standards and procedures are certified on a monthly basis through a professional third-party Construction Audit and Certification.
Running and maintenance costs for the clients are kept to a minimum by utilizing the best quality materials, skilled labor, resourceful technicians, and a pre-organized project procedure.
We strive to preserve natural resources through sustainable construction principles. For example, cold water is collected from solar pipes and piped back to the domestic water tank until the line is filled with hot water. This saves at least 2 buckets of water per toilet.
